There have been numerous debates in the past few years concerning the effects that long usage of cell phones have on the user. Even though studies have not yet revealed whether the radioactive rays which are emitted by the phones can cause cancer, the possibility of its occurrence has not been ruled out either. This is mainly owing to the fact that it usually takes about 10 years for a person who smokes to begin showing signs of cancer. This is one characteristic of cancer that also applies for people who use phones for a very long period of time. The studies have also discovered ways people can use to reduce these effects which include: not talking on the touch phones for more than 20 minutes, using hands free equipment, using the loudspeaker and eating a healthy diet. Many people are aware of about three ways, but eating healthy is what they are yet to learn.
There are numerous foods which nutritionists encourage people to consume in order to curb the radioactive effects that are released from their cell phones. The most common types of food that you should eat daily include buckwheat, apples and sun flower seeds. These are foods which are highly nutritious and they have the ability of protecting you from the effects of radiation, while at the same time detoxifying your body from the toxins already present. During the course of the day, we are exposed to numerous types of radiation that come from smartphones, power lines, and computer screens, microwaves and airline travel as well. When the radiation is experienced for a very long period of time, the damage caused is usually escalated and thus severe internal burns and cancer can occur.
Many people do not know that eating healthy, and especially these types of foods, help the body to get rid of these toxins in a very effective way. Sunflower seeds and apples contain a nutrient known as pectin which is effective when it comes to removing any residues of radioactive rays present in the body. Buckwheat contains the glucocides which are helpful when it comes to protecting the body from the harmful effects of the radiation that is produced by various gadgets. Apart from these main foods, you should also include foods such as cereals, blue and green algae, all the essential fatty acids and chlorella which cleanses the body.
