Mobile Communications

Mobile communications mean technologies which are portable. Under this definition come many things. Some of which are laptop, palmtop computers, smart phones, mobile phones, GPS devices etc.

A mobile phone is an electronic device that is made for long distance communication. But these days mobiles are no more only source of communication. Cell phones these days have changed the meaning of communication. It is not any more restricted to short messaging service (SMS), multimedia messaging service (MMS) etc. One now can have ones internet connection in ones cell phone. One can download games, songs and even movies from internet. Sending and receiving pictures and videos is very easy through mobile phones.

Cell phones use technologies like; Blue tooth is a technology used by mobiles. It is a type of system for networking; connecting and transferring information over mobile devices. GPRS data services are also used by mobile phones. With the help of data cable; data can be transferred to and from cell phones.

You can carry your camera, video cameras, cameras, music player, laptops etc all in one device that is your smart, stylish and small cell phone. A little mobile can serve so many services all alone for its owner. Your mobile serves as a digital diary for you. All you need to do is that leave every thing on your mobile and let it remember everything on your behalf. For example if you are on business tour and you have a long list of meetings which are to be taken place at different timings and on different days then all you have to do is to add notes and reminders in your mobile phone with date and time and make your mind relaxed. When the appointed time and date arrives your smartphone will ring automatically and you will meet all your commitments. You can even add birthdays, anniversaries and other important occasions of your loved ones in your mobile and you will never miss to congratulate or wish them.

In short cell phones are the best form of mobile communications which is almost in every one’s access.
