Blackberry Bold Vs iPhone 3GS Review

For a very long time now, people who are in the process of acquiring smartphones have been wondering whether to buy the BlackBerry Bold new phones or the iPhone 3GS. They are both formidable options, but in this article we are about to shed some light as to which phone one would find more convenient, depending on the user’s desire.

The BlackBerry Bold possesses some features that will make many people fall in love with it. First of all, the fact that the screen resolution of the phone is a constant improvement from one level of BlackBerry to the other is an attraction to many BlackBerry lovers. This new phone has crisp clean images shown through a 480X320-pixel screen display, making it one of the best models in display ever know in the real world. The design of the phone is also an attractive, since it has a QWERTY keyboard that provides ease if one wants to key in any data. Since the screen is a wide one, its features for the display point for emails are comparable to the desktop, making it one of the best RIM designs ever modeled.

There are some features though, on the new BlackBerry 9900 and the BlackBerry Bold that may come as a disadvantage to the company. To start with, the phone proves to be a bit more bulky than other phones from other companies. It’s a bit hard to fit into one’s pocket, and that seems to be the recurring nature of most of the BlackBerry models that need to be addressed. Another slight difference in this make compared to others is the fact that it has a smaller screen. This seems to be a trade off when it comes to comparing it with the iPhone, yet large screens prove to be one of the major attractions for the new generation. Also, RIM has not yet reached the zenith of technological advancements in terms of camera capabilities. It requests some desire for improvement, since there are some companies that are way ahead of RIM with their camera technologies. The BlackBerry still uses a trackball for navigation. This may not be the best kind of navigation technology; not while there are so many more companies that are stealing the moment due to better navigation techniques.

The iPhone has all these BlackBerry cons as its advantages, yet, such features as screen quality, lack of the better messenger system, and a digitalized keypad, prove to be the disadvantages that iPhone has over BlackBerry.
